Full-Priced Items
Full-priced items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Returns
All approved returns will be issued as store credit only in the form of a Violet's Gift Card. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. The best part? Store credit never expires, so you can take your time finding something you love, and they work both in-store and online!

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please come back or contact us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll do our best to help you find the right size or style.

Sale Items
