Meet the Girls of Stella's and Violet's
Meet Laura (Owner): With a degree in business from Bryant University and a finance background from working at the Cambridge Associates and The Ayco Company, Laura Farrar opened Violet’s of Saratoga in the spring of 2007. Her education, as well as her fashionable eye, has set her apart as a stylish businesswoman in Saratoga Springs. With her success at Violet’s, Laura opened a second location, shoe boutique Stella’s of Saratoga in 2010. The two stores merged into one space in the spring of 2011 so to offer women designer clothing, shoes, jewelry and handbags in one location.
Meet Erica (Manager/Assistant Buyer) Erica brings her business degree, natural sense of style, and expertise as a shoe buyer to the store. Her ten plus years of a shoe buyer allows her to bring fashionable footwear to women of all ages. Her sales background also extends to fine jewelry and designer wedding gowns.
Meet Jessica (Manager/Assistant Buyer) A graduate from University of Massachusetts Amherst with a degree in communications, Jessica has worked as the assistant manager at Kate Spade in Boston. Her love for fashion shines through as she has proven to be our number one customer
Meet Chantal: A native of Saratoga Springs and mother of three, Chantal encourages women to invest in “timeless pieces.” She also sings at local hot spots, such as the Saratoga National Golf Course.
Meet Maura: Maura’s journalism degree from St. Michael’s College has been an asset to relaunching the Violet’s and Stella’s blog. She will be missed as she travels through Australia dressed in Violet’s and Stella’s from head to toe!
Meet Latrice: Latrice brings her sales experience from her years working at Shoe Depot. She works full time in Vendor Relations for Trans World Entertainment.
Meet Kate (not pictured): Kate joined Violet’s and Stella’s in the summer of 2010, and works full time as a French teacher at Niskayuna.
Meet Aleesan (not pictured): A Long Island import who started out in banking, Aleesan is one of our in house models and the newest addition to the team.
